Wyrmdash is an absolute blast! The gameplay loop is incredibly addictive – soaring through the sky on a dragon, raining fire down on enemies, and then facing off against these massive, epic bosses is just pure fun. The sense of speed and power you get from controlling your wyrm is fantastic. Leveling up feels rewarding, and each new ability makes you feel even more formidable. Definitely recommend if you love action and fantasy!
This game has some really beautiful visuals. The dragon models are incredibly detailed, and the environments you fly through, from fiery canyons to lush forests, are stunning. The fire effects, especially when you're burning down hordes of enemies, look amazing. My only minor complaint is that sometimes on more crowded screens, the framerate can dip slightly, but it doesn't really detract from the overall experience too much. It's a gorgeous game for sure.
Wyrmdash offers a pretty good challenge, which I appreciate, but sometimes it veers into frustrating territory. Some of the later bosses have attack patterns that feel a bit unfair, requiring near-perfect dodging to survive. I had to restart a few levels more times than I'd like. It's not impossible, and beating those tough sections feels great, but be prepared for a steep difficulty curve in places. Definitely not for the faint of heart!
